The book

The Thank You Gate book is sold and shipped by Amazon. Returns, refunds, and delivery are handled under Amazon’s return policy — generally within 30 days of delivery. Manage any book order directly in your Amazon account.

Merch

Our apparel and drinkware are printed on demand by Printful when you order, which keeps waste low. Because each item is made just for you:

• We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted — just email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll make it right at no cost.
• Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind or wrong size once printing has begun. Please check the size guide before ordering.

On-site checkout is opening soon — this policy will be finalized with exact timelines before the store goes live.
